Billing Updates

The name we bill you under your insurance is changing.

What this means:  The new name on your Explanation of Benefits, billing and credit card statements will be: 

Alpine Medical Group Colorado dba Colorado Physician Partners (or a modified version).

There are no other changes to our practice, providers, or your co-pay. There is no action required from you.

Medicare and Medicare Advantage

Colorado Physician Partners primary care practices in Denver and Colorado Springs accepts these Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans:

  • Original Medicare (varies by practice)
  • UnitedHealthcare Medicare Advantage:
    • HMO
    • PPO
    • Dual Special Needs Plan (DSNP)
    • Chronic Special Needs Plan (CSNP): Patients can enroll in a CSNP plan at any time during the year. Contact your licensed independent broker to learn more.
    • Patriot Plans
  • Humana Medicare Advantage
  • Cigna Medicare Advantage

Please call your practice to confirm if they are accepting new Medicare or Medicare Advantage patients.

Commercial Health Plans

Colorado Physician Partners primary care practices accept most major health insurance plans.

Some products within a health plan may not be accepted. It is recommended you confirm your insurance with the practice before you schedule an appointment or services.

Non-covered Services

Please be aware that some services might not be covered by your health insurance plan. Some, or even all, of the services you receive may be non-covered or considered unnecessary by the insurer. It is very important to verify your coverage with your insurance provider, as non-covered services must be paid for in full at the time of the service.

Claims Submission

Your insurance company might need you to supply certain information directly. It is your sole responsibility to comply with any supplemental requests.
