Garrison Family Physicians is Moving to a New Location!

Effective July 29, please visit us at 255 Union Boulevard, Suite 360, Lakewood, 80228 in the Union Medical Plaza. This is just a few minutes away from our current location. Our phone and fax numbers are not changing. Please call the practice if you have any questions.
